Outback Quad Adventures is the sole tour operator on Undoolya Station, the oldest working cattle station in the NT, just 15 mins from Alice Springs. Alice Springs School of the Air

Alice Springs School of the Air was established in 1951 to provide a much needed education resource to children living in remote Central Australia; at the time it was the only one of its kind in the worked and HF radio was the mode of communication for school lessons. Join one of our guides for a presentation about the history and operation of the school taking you on a virtual journey of education in outback Australia form the early to the present day.

National Pioneer Women’s Hall of Fame

An exhibition featuring photographs and stories relating to pioneering Central Australian women. Learn about the fortitude, courage and ingenuity of these often forgotten women – the wives of missionaries, miners and telegraph masters, as well as their governesses and kitchen maids. Find out more about the women who contributed to the development of the surrounding pastoral properties and the township of Stuart (now Alice Springs). The NPWHF seeks to commemorate the achievement of all Australian women and all ethnic and religious backgrounds.
